    Award-winning British chocolate manufacturer has been working very hard over the last few months to develop a range of NEW chocolate themed wedding and celebration cakes that mirror their innovative and contemporary approach to chocolate.  All of the cakes are bespoke and of course – they are all handmade with a lot of love!

    Yola Harvey, professor of cake and twice Masterchef quarter-finalist, and Simon, co-founder and professor of good taste, have been working for three months to create wedding and celebration cakes which use only Montezuma’s award winning house blends of chocolate, lots of local West Sussex ingredients and most importantly hundreds of half truffles.

    The cake designs reflect Montezuma’s unique approach which is to start with a clean sheet and think outside the box.  Yola and Simon took inspiration from the Eden Project Biomes, local South Downs ancient forts and the perfect geometry of the double helix. These are not your traditional wedding cakes!

    But these cakes are not just about appearances and the cake within reveals Yola’s real talent.  From the more traditional fruit cake with a chocolate twist to carrot cake with white chocolate tendencies and full on double dark chocolate, the possibilities are endless for the perfectly customised cake.
