“I wanted to be able to offer my clients something unique,” said Michelle Shulman, the creative director and owner of Cakes by Shelly.
“Having been commissioned by Cosmpolitan Magazine to create some cupcakes for their recent fragrance awards I wanted to create something special that their guests would remember. Taking inspiration from my popular champagne sponge I decided to play about with the recipe and the Cocktails in Cupcakes range was born”
